ESET SysInspector Locate risky Windows files
- ESET SysInspector is a Windows application that displays all kinds of system data about your computer. You can use it as a browser for running processes, network connections, important registry entries, services, drivers, and system information. But what sets SysInspector apart from Windows Task Manager or SysInternals Process Explorer is that it will let you filter processes, files, and settings by their “risk level.”
- Unfortunately, SysInspector doesn’t clearly define exactly what makes some files and settings risky while others are not. And there are no options to delete or uninstall files or delete registry settings from within the application. But SysInspector is still in beta, so perhaps we’ll see more functionality in the final release.
